1. Delivery Areas
- Coverage: We currently deliver to urban and suburban areas across down south. Check if your location is covered by visiting our Service Areas page.
- Remote Locations: Deliveries to rural or remote regions may incur additional fees or extended timelines. Contact our team before ordering.
2. Delivery Fees & Minimum Orders
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders over LKR 7,500.
- Standard Fee: Orders below LKR 5,000 incur a delivery charge of LKR 300 (urban) or LKR 500+ (remote areas).
- Express Delivery: For urgent orders, pay an extra LKR 800 for same-day delivery (cut-off time: 12:00 PM).
3. Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 hours of placement.
- Standard Delivery:
- Weligama & Major Cities: 1–2 business days.
- Suburban Areas: 2–3 business days.
- Remote Regions: 3–5 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (subject to product availability).
4. Order Tracking
- Real-Time Updates: Track your order via SMS or email with a live tracking link.
- Delivery Alerts: Receive notifications about dispatch, en-route status, and delivery completion.
5. Delivery Process
- Scheduled Slots: Choose a preferred 4-hour delivery window during checkout.
- Contactless Delivery: Opt for “Leave at Door” in your order notes.
- Proof of Delivery: Sign a digital receipt to confirm receipt.
6. Handling Perishable Goods
- Temperature Control: Perishables (e.g., dairy, meat, produce) are packed in insulated, eco-friendly coolers with ice packs.
- Immediate Inspection: Check perishables upon delivery. Report spoilage or damage within 24 hours for replacements/refunds.
7. Failed Deliveries
- Attempts: We attempt delivery twice. After two failures, the order is returned to our warehouse.
- Storage: Returned perishables are discarded for safety. Non-perishables are held for 3 days before issuing a refund (minus delivery fees).
- Redelivery: Reschedule within 24 hours or pay a redelivery fee (LKR 300-800).
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Modifications: Edit or cancel orders up to 1 hour after placement via your account dashboard.
- Post-Processing Changes: Once dispatched, changes/cancellations are not permitted.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Report Immediately: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Provide photos as proof.
- Resolution:
- Free Replacement: For errors on our end (delivered within 24 hours).
- Refund: Issued if replacement is unavailable.
10. Public Holidays & Delays
- Holiday Schedule: No deliveries on Sri Lankan public holidays (e.g., Sinhala & Tamil New Year, Eid, Christmas).
- Weather Delays: Updates on delays due to extreme weather (e.g., monsoons) will be shared via SMS/email.
